1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GitSaga (“Service”) at https://www.gitsaga.io, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

2. Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. GitSaga is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access.
• Provide accurate and complete information during account creation.
• Accounts must be registered and used by humans only (no bots or automated methods).
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Service Description

GitSaga generates changelogs from GitHub commits and pull requests, displays them in list/category/story formats, and publishes them to GitHub Releases or exports.

4. Payment, Refunds, & Plan Changes

• Fees for paid plans must be paid in advance. Unpaid accounts may be frozen.
• Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@gitsaga.io to request a refund.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.

5. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted promptly.
• GitSaga reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your repository data and generated content.
• GitSaga retains all rights to its platform, code, design, and Service “look and feel.”

7. Data & Privacy

Data collection (e.g., name, email, payment info, cookies) is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Modifications

GitSaga reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., GitHub API).

10. Limitation of Liability

GitSaga is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. General Conditions

• Do not modify, hack, or resell the Service without explicit written permission.
• GitSaga may remove content violating these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Croatia, excluding conflict of law principles.

13. Updates to Terms

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Legal Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted.
